Hilltop Rescue and Relief has built a powerful group management
tool to help you coordinate your group arrival and registration.
1. The first step is to create a
username/pass-word for your group. With this information you can come back to
modify group members, their information, arrival details, and check the
progress of registration
2. After you fill out group details, the system
will start sending out invitations to each group member (within 24 hrs). It
will continue sending them every 24 hours until they respond by clicking a link
in the email. It is important you supply valid email addresses. If they are
incorrect, all delivery failures will be redirected to you
3.Please login regularly to check the progress
of applications. Group members in blue, indicate
people who have responded and signed up. Sometimes our messages are classified
as spam by major email services, please speak to your group members to make
sure they are expecting an invitation from us
4. Once a group member receives our invitation,
they can fill out a volunteer profile and will be automatically scheduled for
arrival based on the information you provide. Should any details change, please
login and modify them.
