I the undersigned homeowner do hereby grant property access and permission to the volunteer group from Hilltop Rescue & Relief to assist me as a victim natural disaster. I further agree to hold such group, its leaders, volunteers, and the Church of Christ as not liable in the aid that is being rendered to me of a voluntary nature. I fully understand the voluntary make up of said work group and by signing below I agree to hold them harmless and not liable whether implied or understood for any such aid or act rendered on my behalf.
